Learn Love Course

Welcome to the Learn Love Course, an impactful, heart-centered journey of learning, unlearning and transformation. Each of the twelve, self-paced modules has one or more video lessons and a Heartwork exploration designed to guide you through your own learning and transformation. The depth of your engagement with the course material will determine the level of transformation you experience. While each module could technically be completed in an hour or so, you could easily spend a week doing each Heartwork assignment. The outcome is up to you. The conversational component of the course creates connection, community and synergystic transformation as participants share and reflect from their experience. 

Module 1 - Preparing for the journey with tools, postures and a blessing.

Module 2 - Awareness: A gift and a practice. Observe yourself from a new perspective.

Module 3 - A definition for love and part one of my story. Discover what you love/don't love about yourself.

Module 4 - Meet Tumbleweed and hear more of my story. Investigate your inner voices.

Module 5 - The inner container: how it was created and what happens there. Explore your container.

Module 6 - Cut and paste, re-membering our lost and covered up parts. Explore your unloved parts.

Module 7 - New perspectives for treating ourselves with love. Try them out for yourself.

Module 8 - The most important thing and taking response-ability. Create a loving inner container.

Module 9 - Meet Joyful Wisdom Guide. Discover your inner voice of love.

Module 10 - Slide and celebrate, reasonable expectations. Practice closing the gap.

Module 11 - Forgiving ourselves. Let it all go.

Module 12 - Always in school. Love letters.

 

 

 

Wisdom Bursts 

Wisdom Bursts are a collection of self-guided explorations which invite learning, growth and transformation. Whether you're pursuing self-love, inner transformation or intentional living you'll find support and nourishment here. Each exploration includes a burst of wisdom in the form of poem, story or teaching and questions to help you deepen your learning.
